- Weekly Coaching Sessions: Ongoing training for key team members (OM, TC, LC, DA, etc.) focused on operational best practices, consult flow, patient experience, and team accountability.
Role-Specific Development: Guidance on leadership development, sales enablement, and clinical support roles to optimize full arch performance.
Strategic Planning & Accountability
- Bi-Weekly 1:1 Strategy Sessions with Char: High-level planning focused on growth levers, barriers to scale, and execution of priority initiatives.
Quarterly Playbook Development: Roadmap of key priorities, action items, and measurable goals to ensure consistent progress.
KPI Tracking & Performance Management
- Monthly KPI Reviews: Collection, tracking, and review of critical practice metrics (production, collections, case acceptance, financing approvals, new patient flow, etc.).
- Performance Dashboards: Clear visibility into results, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Accountability Structures: Regular follow-up to align team performance with defined metrics and targets.
Financial Review & Optimization
- Monthly Financial Review: Assessment of collections, profitability, and cash flow.
- Benchmarking: Comparison against industry standards to identify growth opportunities.
Financial Reporting Analysis: Partnering with me will give you a significant discount with DSO CFO, who is our financial partner. Determining the financial need(s) will be established, and, recommendations will be provided.
Technology & Systems Review
- Practice Tech Stack Evaluation: Review current software, CRM, analytics tools, and clinical support technologies.
Recommendations for Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support long-term scalability.
Onsite Support
- Initial Onsite Visit recommended at the start of the engagement, followed by quarterly onsite visits thereafter.
- Travel expenses (flight, hotel, and ground transportation) are not included in the monthly fee.
- A detailed pre-travel itinerary and cost estimate will be provided for client approval before any bookings are made.
- Client is responsible for covering all approved travel expenses.
